What started as a dream turned into an unforgettable 48-hour Guinness World Record Mah Jongg Marathon, bringing together an incredible community of players, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters.

Together, we shattered the previous world record of just over 33 hours, which had stood since 2012, while raising money and awareness for the Lowcountry Food Bank and the Alzheimer's Association.

It was an amazing reminder that mah jongg is about so much more than the tiles—it's about friendship, community, and what can happen when people come together for a great cause.
